INCOBRA STAKEHOLDER GROUP
In order to materialize the idea of having a stakeholder-driven basis to implement INCOBRA, the consortium decided to set up a Stakeholder Group. Such Stakeholder Group will be mobilized through the entire project implementation, thus being actively involved in relevant INCOBRA activities. Stakeholder members will have travel expenses supported by INCOBRA to attend specific relevant activities promoted within the project.
A major objective of the INCOBRA Stakeholder Group is to help organizations interested in international collaboration to find partners according to their interests. In order to achieve this matchmaking, INCOBRA has developed the Stakeholder matchmaking tool. By signing up as stakeholder your organization will be added to the online list of stakeholders that includes information on collaboration interests (demand and offer) according to particular fields. This way organizations can search potential partners per scientific field or collaboration interest, and contact them directly.
How to become an Incobra Stakeholder?
For you organization to become an INCOBRA Stakeholder you only need register as a stakeholder in INCOBRA’s website. The process is very easy and does not require an account or password. If you have successfully subscribed, your organization will be added to the repository.
THE INCOBRA STAKEHOLDER FORUM
In addition to the Stakeholder Area at INCOBRA website, the INCOBRA Forum was created as a communication tool similar to a social network that allows members of the Stakeholder group to discuss relevant topics regarding R&I EU-BR international collaboration. In order to get access to this tool you need to sign up as INCOBRA stakeholder and tick the checkbox saying “I would like to participate in the INCOBRA Stakeholder Forum”. Then you will receive an invitation via email that allows you to register at the SOCIAL ERA and automatically includes you in the INCOBRA group. The account at SOCIAL ERA is individual and you will be able to relate your personal account to your institution, if needed.
